I got a BBK cold air intake for my 91 mustang, and the MAF doesn't line up. Does the bracket need to be modified/eliminated? Could someone send me a pic of their setup? Thanks.

i believe i read on their site or another site that the cold air intakes(metal ones) dont need the bracket because the metal of the intake tube can hold the weight of the mass air meter.

Thanks. I though that might be the case but I wanted to make sure.

You wont get any noticable increases from a cold air kit. Probably only around 8 horsepower on average.
