In the process of changing my head gasgets i noticed that 1 of my rocker arms was fucked. How much performance do you think i lost from this. Also does anyone know if they sell single rocker arms?

Depends on what you mean by "fucked". How fucked is it? Is it intake or exhaust?
Are they stock or aftermarket rockers (since you mention roller I ass-ume they are aftermarket). Contact the manufacturer directly about a single replacement. I'm sure you could get just one.

My heads/cam are going in right now.......after that i'll have my stock rockers so if you want one it's all yours.
