I want to know if intake spacers give you any low-end torque. I want to try a 3/8" spacer for a cobra intake.

An intake spacer would change the runner length on the intake manifold...Longer runner intakes make more power at lower RPM's compared to short style runner intakes that make power at high RPM's
I doubt you would really see a difference in torque and if you did I think it would be a result of a cooler charge of air from a cooler intake...

What's the rest of your combo?

stock heads and cam, bbk headers and h-pipe,flows,cold-air intake, msd 6a. What about a 1/2" or 1" spacer?

On a stock motor, save your money for gears and tires. Toss a bag of ice on your intake at the track if you want a cooler intake charge.

If the car is all stock, I think it would help. I would go for it. Or do what Sawson said and put the money towards something that will really help.
