BECOOL makes great aluminum radiators. Summit has them.

I am looking in Jegs right now and they have a GMS aluminum radiator that says it's " 3" thick and large 1" cores with 28" wide radiator has double row design". It's $299.99 plus shipping. Does this seam like a good deal?

I would go with the autozone and a better than stock clutch fan to insure air flow. And read the post fasterdamit put up it has a lot of info on alum/brass radiators!!

I have that article many times, I currently have a flex-a-lite fan and soon will be going electric as soon as I do a 3g upgrade.

ron davis aluminium radiators are i think $240-300 and work awesome.i think all aluminum radiators are 2 1 inch cores.

I recently put in the go-dan that they claim is 129$. I might have been in a hurry but I picked it up at pepboys for 190$ (how old is that article??)
Anyways, it works great. It was semi wide but it went in easy and seems to fit pretty good.
The car stays really cool now and won't go above A in NORMAL with N being very hot. No matter how long I beat on it or sit in stop n go it hasn't yet made it to M

However, I did have to slightly modify (read used a hammer) the radiator brackets because of its width. Also, I have a lame leak at the lower hose because I haven't managed to modify the "fin" (if you have one, you'll know what I mean) and the hose can only get 99% on

I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I went with the Griffen nascar stlye. It is a two row with 1" diameter tubing. It's 31"x19" and only cost about 190$ threw summit. I am also running dual 12" electric fans on it and the temp. barely goes over 170 even last weekend at goodguys car show.It's a great combo.

Avoid the Pep 3 core if you are planning on making considerable power at any time in the future. Do it once and go with the aluminum. Which one is up to you.
