i got some new rims, and the diameter of the wheel is smaller then the stock one. so my speedo is faster then im actually going. how can i fix this, and how much?

i got some p 50s in the back and my speedometer only works in 5th gear, but i think theres also some connection or electrical shit thats faulty

its a 96gt and i think its a .5" difference.
