Basically, I will try to run you though a spring swap....I figured you know how to take your wheels off...

Front springs~~~~Support the front of the car with jack stands, then support the front A arm with a jack...Remove front brake caliper and suspend with a coat hanger so you wont mess up the rubber brake line...Then un-bolt the swaybar end links from the A arm...Remove the top 3 caster camber plate bolts to lower the strut down...**You can also un-bolt the 2 bolts on the strut to the spindle, but they most of the time require an air gun/tool...Once you lower the strut down, all you have to do is get the A arm low enough to get the spring out...Compress the strut so it clears the fender to allow you to lower the A arm fully...The spring somtimes needs some help with a big flat blade screw driver...installation is opposite to the removal..

Rear springs~~Suspend the rear of the car on jack stands..Place the jack stands on the chassis not the axle...Disconnect one end of the quad shocks and disconnect the bottom shock bolts...Do this on both sides....Jack up one side of the axle to raise it up...This will allow you to get the OPPOSITE side spring out...You will probably have to use your feet to help you a little...Once the old spring is out you can replace it with the new one...Then all you have to do is bolt the shocks back up...

Make sure that you place the spings in their location properly...The bottom of the front spring goes inbetween two small holes in the A arm....Be carefull on how you place the rear spring, it can affect the rear ride height....If you place them in the same way that the stock springs came out then you should have no problems...

Good luck and I hope I didnt leave any info out!!...

Alternate method to change the front springs: disconnect the swaybar endlinks. Don't do anythings with the struts or CC plates. Use a floor jack to put pressure under the control arm just under the spring. Unbolt the control arm from the frame and gently lower the jack. The control arm will swing away from the car and the spring will fall out. Be careful not to let the jack slip or you could hurt yourself. Set the new spring in the control arm and jack it into place. Install the two bolts that attach the control arm to the frame and the sway endlink. Torque the control arm bolts (I don't remember the setting). and you're done.
