I was wondering who out there has an E 303 and if there car passes, I was told that even though it says it's smog legal, it really isn't? Just getting opinions.....

I passed with flying colors. Not even close to the max limit.

I talked to a guy a tech at Ford and he said it would never pass with that cam, so I just wanted to see who had what and they had problems?

Give some people to read this and you will have no problems. I even got tested with the referee in SJ. As long as the car is tuned...good O2 sensors...good converters you will be fine.

Yea it will pass no prob. I have that cam in my car and have passed 5 times already

Go back there and tell him to stop hittin the bong. Ford even advertises the damn thing to be emissions legal in all states. You should have no problem unless your car is really out of tune, and even then thats not really the fault of the cam.

My car was just smogged with an E Cam with no prob. When it was smogged it had a blower on it too [Eek!] Smogged cleaner than a brand new Civic. You won't seen any problems as long as you have cats and it's running good. [patriot]

Dont worry about it at all, I have a 357 with a bigger cam and more duration than that, aluminum heads, intake, injectors, full exhaust, basically every mod possible and passed with flying colors! It will pass for sure! Did I mention 11:1 compression [Big Grin]

Well guys I had my codes read by a Ford tech and it turns out my mass air was bad?? I guess that will make it not pass....Great more $$$$$
