I seriously doubt they would cause your car to fail, but don't look for Mod Max to give you any sort of guarantee.

to tell you the truth, a lot of cars with cams fail. a lot of people will tell you otherwise, but they do.. even if it passes emissions, the tech is supposed to fail it for having a cam other than stock.

??????? Explain that one. Most aftermarket bumpsticks have California Air Resource Board numbers that are verified and approved by the state. The manufactors are not required to supply OEM parts after 10 years so the people have to rely on "Non factory" parts. Explain how they fail.

i meant cams with other than stock lift, duration, and overlap will fail. direct replacements (as far as specs go) will usually pass with no problem.

I have an aftermarket cam ( Ecam) that passed at the state referee. Who told you that they would fail?
