i just went out with my friend and i was getting on it pretty hard a couple times and now theres a loud popping noise like detonation when i get on it at all, the oil pressure is way low at idle but goes back to regular if i start moving, and the vacuum is lower than usual. Anyone have any suggestions. I'm gonna work on it tomorrow.

Try retarding the timming, thats what most people do when they start detonating....

I would suggest taking out the plugs and reading them...Look for white dots or a grey white-ish eletrode for sign of being lean and detonating....

I would probably do a compression test on the motor (for the hell of it) while you have all the plugs out...A compression test will tell you a little about the engines internal condition...
