Does anyone know approximately know the weight of a 88 Gt Mustang Shell? I maybe getting one soon and I'll be towing it using my truck and I'd just like to know how much one weighs before I tow it. It won't have a engine or tranny in it no stereo. It will have everything else on it. Sorry if it sounds like a dumb question.

If it is stripped (no interior or drivetrain) MAYBE 2000 lbs..

I just bought a 90 GT a few weeks ago(no inteior, drivetrain was gone) and my Lightning forgot it was even back there on the trailer.

I was just curious cuz I can haul up to 3,000 ibs. It will have interior and I believe the drivetrain as well. I have a Toyota Tacoma 2003 so I think it should be able to pull it just fine. The car won't have mufflers, an engine, a tranny and that's pretty much it that's coming off.

OH I will that's for sure, I don't want to rip off my rear bumper that would suck major time. Thanks. [patriot]
