ummm, your question is a bit confusing to me but, I'll try to answer. Your 2000 has four 02 sensors, two before the cats and two after the cats. The two before the cats help the computer make adjustments to the air/fuel mixture, if these are removed the car will run poorly and it will set a trouble code and turn on the check engine light. The 02's behind the cat are there to make sure the cats are functioning properly, if these are removed it will set trouble code and turn on a light. If you have removed the cats completely, you will have to replace the rear o2 sensors with "MIL Eliminators" to fool the computer into thinking the cats are still there and keep the light off. Of course removal of the cats and the "MIL Eliminators" are not "smog legal". Hope this helps.

Basically I'm saying will "MIL" Eliminators along with no cats make me faster, if so much horespower will I get from it? [Confused]

Basically, your car will be faster with MIL's and no cats....

~MIL's do nothing but stop your "check engine" light from comming on...

~Having no cats makes your exhaust less restrictive and helps your engine breath easier...When your engine breathe's easier it gains horse power.(basically).....

normal gains from an "off-road-pipe" are 10-20 horse power, depending on how restrictive the stock cats are..

Personally I dont think the power gains justify the hassle of finding a guy every two years to do an illegal smog for you. It might pass the snifer without cats but chances are it wont. A set of "high flow" cats might be a nice alternative, never seen a comparison between stock and high flow cats on a camero but you might want to check it out.
