Well, anyone tried and where did you go? How was the result? Is there anywhere in Fremont I could go to get this done?

yes, they can be turned, dont know of anyplaces in fremont but any brake shop should be able to do it (as long as the rotors are in specs)

I didn't think they could be at all, but had no personal experience.

if anyone reads this with drilled rotor, those can also be turned, i turned my own drilled rotor in auto shop a year ago, so it must be easy if i can do it [Cool]

and by the way, when u turn slotted rotors, the slots just get smaller obviously [Roll Eyes] , so they dont work quite as effectively but it beats getting new rotors

How many times can the stock LS1 rotors be resurfaced before they are no good? I've already had them resurfaced once but I don't if I should do it again or just get new rotors? [Confused]

there is a minimum thickness. you would have to look it up.

Minimum thickness for Cobra rotors is 26.1mm which is 1.02".

i think the machine shop at total auto supply does it. what part of fremont are you at.
