what kind of shocks should i get? like what drag shocks are best? i could care less about bumpyness or whatever. i can get used to it. [Big Grin]
and they are going along with bbk specific rate springs that have been a little "modified" [Cool]

Koni's hands down are the best but if you need something cheaper lakewoods are great for drag racing. Also Tokico's are good but run just under the Koni's in price. If I was you I would get the Koni's or Tokico's, It lets you adjust them to what you want.

I agree David. I love my Bilstiens but for the 1/4 I'd say adjustable Koni or Tokico's.

im running kyb agx and there budget and they did test on em and they compared them just as good as the tockico auluminu 5 way ajustables and there way cheaper i like they get stiffer than youll ever want em.

IF you are using the BBK specific rate springs then I would go with the Drag~Tokico's....

BBK specific rate springs are not the best for drag racing...Depending on how serious you are about drag racing, you might want to consider a better suited spring..

Struts/shocks are calibrated to certain spring rates...Its best to use compatable struts/shock and springs..

i know that they rnt the best for drag racing, but mi not buliding a total race car here. that lifted look of mustangs with full drag suspension is something i wanted to avoid at all costs. if it means a couple tenths, then oh well [Smile]

I agree Koni shocks are the way to go
