I would like to get me exhaust cut in my Mustang which is an 88 5.0 GT. Is there a law and what is it? Would it be leagle? And could it be smogged? Thanks

cutting your tailpipes off is LEGAL. it just pisses the smog guys off

Sorry i would like them to be cut right after the muffler. I have 2chamber flows with an off road H pipe. Is it going to be to noisy. I would really like my car louder. Thanks

i had my car smogged on the dyno last year with dumps they had no problem with it
