anybody know if a b303cam would work good on a mild engine. i got full length headers h pipe flows cold air underdrive pullies smog eliminator 3.73 gears.

I havent had a 302 car for a long time but I was always told that the stock cam works great for awhile and you might just get less out of one that big

Its worth about 1 MPH on a stock motor. There are probably several better ways you can pick up 1 MPH right now.

He is right, wait and do a bigger cam with your heads and intake combo. There are lots of other ways to get 1mph. I know of a good free one! wait for the right tail wind. Don't tell anyone about that it's my little sercet [Wink]

I believe that cam has alot of duration and little lift. Not good for a stock motor. Correct me if im wrong.

with little things like that wi wouldnt really bother with a cam. it will just rob from your low end torque. trust me i had the e303 cam on a stock motor with headers and o/r h-pipe, plus the motor was jsut rebuilt and that thing felt a lot faster once i put a stock cam back into the motor.
