I have a 2000 Svt Lightning and I want to upgrade my pulley for my supercharger. I have the stock pulley right now pushing around 9 to 10 PSI of boost, but I want to be pushing around 14 hopefully. My question is which pulley should I buy to get around 14 PSi, and with this new pulley could I keep everything else stock, and would the car handle it? Thanks for your time. [burnout]

There's a good thread on 2nd gen Lightning pulley size selection and performance gains here

P.S. svtperformance.com has a highly active Lightning owner forum that's moderated by an owner located in San Mateo, (Lightning Larry). He's a pretty cool guy that's done a ton of work on his 2001 L. He's pretty open about answering any tech quesions you might have as well.

Nice to see another local Lightning owner on the board [Smile] let us know how the mod goes!

For 14psi would be a 6lb pully. Which is pushing the limits of the motors. I blew a spark plug outa the head with a 2lb. I run a 4lb now and im getting around 12psi pretty safe.
