Revving the shit out of it one night did it to my dad's 96 GT. Be prepared to not have your car for a month though because Ford is slower than shit.

Edit- They had to replace his entire engine and that is why it took so long. I guess I fucked it up good.

The housing on my intake manafold cracked on my 98 over the summer, my parents paid to get it fixed when i was on vacation though Its true
