I came across this kit being mentioned alot in the search for intake and heads and wanted to know if any of you have tried it and what you think. It is for a 91 based GT. The short block would be an OMC Cobra marine 302. It is a high nickle content block, steel crank, forged pistons, HD rods and a beefed up main. In the compitition ski boat it was rated at 225hp with a 2bbl carb and turned 6,500rpm all day long.

You can make more power putting together your own kit for the same price. Check out the trick flow package... TFS TW heads, TFS stage 1 or 2 cam and TFS street or track heat intake. This setup will cost the same as the holley kit, but is more expandabile, proven more reliable, and proven to make more horsepower. Would more could a guy want?

the only thing worth a shit from Holley is their intake manifold. Heads are weak and the cam isn't anything special. Make your own kit, Be original
