I just bought a used c&l mass air meter with 2 sampling tubes (19 and 24lb/hr). Would the smaller or larger one be for the 24's?

I belive the the smaller is the 19? I maybe wrong?

Like everybody else said, the smaller one is the 19's.
When you put it in, please disconnect your battery.

i just recieved mine in the mail and the instructions say if one side of the sample tube is yellow or goldish its 19# but i cant remember the others... if you want to know the others pm me and ill check for you [patriot]
