Im putting in my new motor and i cant move the AC lines are full and i need to move it out of the way along with the smog shit what do I do>?

be a man and take the ac off for good and save 50 pounds, get an eliminator kit and go smog equipmentless, trust me, u dont need any of it, i dont have any of it on my cobra and it runs beautifully

Yeah and you also have a 66 and don't have to smog like we do. Whats having smog equipment and AC have to do with being a man?

I would take the ac out, I will be doing this soon but if I were you I would leave the smog equipment in for sure.

i was taking about dealing with no a/c, and its an efi motor in the cobra, an illegal smog shop is easier to find than a shity repair shop, i know, u take stuff to seriously, and the air pump takes power and the hoses look like crap

Just push the A/C out of the way. We did it in my Bro's coupe. You dont need to disconect it. Unless it dosent work then i say take that off and save yourself at least 50lbs. Good luck.
