WHAT EXHUAST FOR 95 GT?? [Confused]

In the cars that I buy and keep I get 1 chamber flows and 2 1/2 out the back. That way if you take off the cats it sounds killer and even when you put them on it still sounds pretty damn mean and throaty.

Thats too broad of a question. Do you want it loud, louder, or extremely loud? Extremely loud is stepping into the illegal range, so you would have to specify if you care about its smog passing future, or should i say lack there of [Smile] . Also, whats your budget? Heres a small budget scenario for each category that would be cool.

Better than stock - Flowmasters
Loud - Flowmasters, turn downs.
Louder - Catted X Pipe, Flowmasters, Turn Downs
Extremely Loud - Off-Road X Pipe (no cats), Flowmasters, turn downs.

And when it comes to flows, there are 1,2, or 3 chambers. 3 are the quietest, 2 is the normal everyday flowmaster, 1's just fuckin ROAR. Do you plan on getting headers? If so, get some nice longtubes.

Ultimately, i guess theres one more that tops the low budget, *holy shit* loud category [Big Grin] :
Longtubes, o/r x or h pipe, single chamber flows, turn downs.

Hope this helps, have fun !

Keep your cats and toss on a 2 1/2" cat back with 1 chamber flows out the back.

This is my setup and it isnt ear drum bursting loud. It sounds sweet though. And I've never even been looked at twice by a police officer.

BBK equal length headers
BBK 3" O/R X-pipe
30 series flows(2 chamber)
turndowns

It sounds mean, but its not as bad as open headers or a cutout or anything.

I have JBA shorty headers and I used to have a Bassani x-pipe w/ cats and 2-chambers out the back over the axle and it sounded pretty good not too loud or quiet. I think that setup with 1-chambers would be perfect, and it passed smog. Now I have the same headers, off-road H and 1-chambers out the back under the axle and it is rediculously(sp) loud!!!! [Eek!]

JBA headers, Bassanni catted X, and your favorite sounding muffler. You're not gonna see much difference between mufflers but get the sound you like and I have turndowns and that was the best thing for my sound next to taking off the cats but since you don't plan on taking off the cats the turndowns will get that louder sound that you want. I have your exact car and I know this would be a mean sounding set up and probably the most powerful for a street legal set up. [Whoo Whooooo!]

21/2" Spintech system. Up front what ever. I like the MAC Headers.. Cheap too.

I think my Borla XR-1's are louder than slowmaster 1-chambers... and no, that's not a good thing :/
