I found this pull cable loose behind my stereo w/ a plastic mount but not sure what it is for. Remote gas door is possible bu the door is good 'ol stock manual type. All the Heat and A/C controls work OK. Any ideas?

Sounds like it's the cable for your temp control..you sure it's still attached to the A/C-Heat control panel?

Actually, it was the lock out for the AOD/Park/ignition. Mystery solved.
