Hey Guys,
Any good dyno/tuner shops in Southern California? I have been calling Swanson Performance but for some reason he has been unable to find a slot for me in for the last 3 weeks???
I will be in LA next week for with 1 week (12-30 to 1-5-03) , so it would be a perfect time to
Dyno tune the car. I still have some issues with the JMS chip and my turbo, darn, I don’t
want to drive 6 hours (from LA to SF) with this tune.. Any help would be appreciated.
For those how are not familiar with my issue, I just got the Total Performance turbo kit installed on my car, and I have a Saleen (with a Saleen Reflashed computer) and JMS has had problems fine tuning my car with because of the Saleen chip. So I definitely want to
get it dyno tuned and fix all the problems if I can.
Thanks,

Can you go to Saleen and get it tuned? If not maybe they know some places in LA.

Brothers Performance Warehouse in Corona, CA has their own Dyno and its only about an hour East of LA. Call them first to get more info or log on to www.brothersperformance.com

Contact Joe at http://www.chicanesport.com/ . Tuners do have problems with the Saleen program. What you may have to do is go with the stock Ford program as a base and then tune it from there. Tell Joe that I sent you, he with get you pointed in the right direction.

Hey, this is S281JET from the Corral...I think it was me that referred u to this site, hopefully I can check out the Turbo'd Saleen one day. I've heard alot of good results from Swansons..I'd keep trying, even up here it's hard to get a dyno tune withing the month. Also, like DaveG said, Chicane....I think Swansons is in the same city (Torrance). I've heard a few not so good things about Power Train Dynamics...but u could find out for urself whether there true or not.

Whoever you go with, make sure they're an Autologic tuner. Autologic tuners can re-tune your JMS chip and save you a few hundred dollars by not forcing you to buy a new chip.

What was that autologic chip site again?

Try Powertrain Dynamics in Huntington Beach. Steve may be able to help you if he's not too busy these days. This guy really knows his stuff. Just look at any current or back issue of 5.0 Mustang or MM&FF and you'll find him tuning many of the magazine's project cars. Dial 714-373-0068.
