Good match.... it will be a bit under-dampened near the limit.(auto-x for example) Because they are matched to a slightly lower rate spring setup on the '03 Cobra.
But for a mostly street car it should work well with a good ride.

You can't use the rear shocks because the 03 Cobra has IRS (independant rear suspension). I have the same setup, I have H&R Supersport springs, HD bilstein Rear shocks and 03 cobra front struts. The front struts are ok to use. get them from fordpartsnetwork.com, the are only $64.99 a piece. The should be getting a frsh shipment of them any time now.

I got H&R Supersports and HD Bilstein shocks at shox.com. I got a lower price some where else and I told them about it and they beat it.
