Question for you guys. My buddy has a 98 cobra and when he revs it up while its parked a burbling sound comes out of the tips. It sounds ok when it is going up in rpms then when he lets off and as it comes down it actually sputters like air trapped in a faucet. Does not sound smooth. Car runs srong (only 20 K) Is it serious or should he worry. Car is completely stock. Is it a problem with the stock exhaust. He is gonna put Flows in it soon. Will they get rid of the problem. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Haha!
Normal.
What you're hearing is fresh air getting sucked into the exhaust system mixing with the un-burned fuel (very little) & igniting.
