any one know which type of tranny fluid would i put on a 93 stang 5 speed and how many quarts? thanks

auto tranny fluid is what i ran. and i think it was 4 quarts, but dont quote me on that [Smile]

k coool i put some ATF chevrons on my tranny now its harder on shift so im going to go with fords just to be on the safe side!

I'm pretty sure it's ~2.7 qts of ATF

i put synthetic atf in and shifting was a lot smoother, after a year it got harder to shift again
