Iv always herd that 4.10 are a waste on a NA cobra unless you have a power adder. The car had 4.10 when i bought it are 4.56s or 4.30 better this is a daily driver but im gettin 32mpg with 4.10s

my 5.0 gets 17 mpg if i'm lucky
shit you get better gas milage than my sisters rice bucket (98 civic)
every one i talk to who has a 4.6 uses 4:30 with the 6 speed..
oh and they do a lotta freeway driving..
if you got the 4:10 and are getting that mileage
i'd stick with the 4:10s [worship]

ive never heard a v8, let alone a cobra getting that kind of mileage. u must be getting near 400 miles between fillups which is unheard of unless ur coasting downhill

my 5.0 gets about 360 miles per fill up. And I have 24 lb injectors..and the stock exuast on it!

if you go any bigger its not gonna get good gas mileage...stick with the 4.10's....those are plenty enough!! get some drag radials and a full exhaust and the BITCH will scream!

Guys no bs but those were highways miles at bout 85-90. Anyways i shouldnt step up to 4.30 I always herd that they were better for bolt on cobras. The full exhaust thing no headers iv herd to much horror stories
