I have a 2000 mustang gt and everytime I idle at a stop sign or stop light my rpms drop to 450 like it is going to stall, then goes right back up to 800. I have no idea why it does this, does anybody know?

is that an automatic? it could be the tranny/torque convertor.

sounds like a vacuum leak, or bad IAC valve.
