Everyone out there with a superchargers can u tell me what kind of spark plugs r u using and what they r gapped at for supercharged applications i was using AUTOLITE 26 gapped at .032 and i took them out today and they were black or burnt as a mother. so let me know what u have its a vortech s trim about 7 8 psi. thanks mario

I use autolite's 764 mine are gaped at 32 but thats couse of the high boost

I would recomend gapeing them at .35

If you have the stock heads on your 5.O, stick some Autolite 23's in there gapped around 030ish. Autlite 26's are absolutely the _Wrong_ plug for your application!

If you have a tappered seat designed head (stock, GT40 irons, etc), the NGK TR6's work great gapped at .035. If aluminum, NGK makes another line that are basically the same but with a flat seat.

Whatever you decide, you'll want to get 2 ranges COLDER than stock, gap 'em at .035...& DON'T run a platinum plug.

thanks guys for the help. I am running aliunum heads so what u think i should use on my application. its getting dyno tuned in a ew weeks so i was wondering whats the best i can use.thanks mario.

You will want to run autolite 3923's gapped at .030 to .035 with those "elderbroke" performer heads [burnout]
