Once again, the wonderful check engine light has come back on again in my car. Last time it came on, was because the 02 sensor melted from the x-pipe because it wasn't tied up correctly. I think that its the same thing again, and the dealership didn't tie the sensor up correctly either. I don't have much time with work or school to take my car in to get checked out, so if anybody has a code puller that I can have you use on my car, that would be great. I live in the south bay, but am willing to travel a bit to get this done. If anybody knows anything, please let me know. Thanks

SlimShady,
Go to Corral.net, click on mustang tech, then click on Corral tech articles, then click on electronics, then click on do it yourself engine diagnostics. You don't need a code reader to pull the codes!

I went on corral, and to where you said to go, and that didn't really help me. I didn't have the necessary tools to get the codes from my car.
Once again, does anybody have a code puller that I can borrow so I can make sure what my check engine light is on for. Thanks

It's super easy man...just turn your key to the on position, press in your trip reset button, start the car, leaving the button pressed in, then when the guages go all wack, let go of the button...then you'll get a list of options in your odometer...press the button till you get to something that starts with "DTC" that is your trouble code. Get that, and let me know, and I'll tell you what it is.
