When i drive my car at a constant speed every once in a while the car seems to make a movement like its missing, but its not, it doesnt do this everytime i drive the car but it does sometimes, also it idles a little rough too. someone told me that it is the o2 sensors going bad is this true. i have a 90 5.0 which is pretty much all stock. does anyone know what it can be

more than likely it's not your 02 sensors. those little $50 bastards will usually just make you run rich, not miss. I'd double check cap, rotor, plugs, wires and even injectors/distributor first.

the car is not missing it just makes the kind of jump that a car does when its missing, im not sure really how to describe it. what can happen when a cars o2 sensor is not working?

Check your wires for burns, cracks and bad connections. Pull out your plugs and see if one or two of them don't match the rest as far as looks go.

your car is lugging? like your driving it and if your giving it a little gas all of a sudden the car jerks like its lugging in too high of a gear? have you vacuum tested your idle? i have the same problem at the moment in my Jeep. I have a weird funny idle and bad vacuum also it jerks in any gear if i am lightly giving it gas. Everyone i've talked to so far has told me stuff and i've done it and so far i've spend over a G trying to fix it. I just replaced my Power Boaster cause it didn't seem like it was holding a vacuum. I haven't had a chance to really drive it so i don't know if it does it anymore.

Edit: Code scan won't tell you what it is if its the same problem as mine.

how do i go about doing a vacuum test

the car is not lugging. when i step on the gas the runs fine no hesitation at all. it just idles a little rough and when i drive at a constant speed the motor seems loop every once in a while. also i forgot to mention when i try to turn on my a/c the dash vents wont open, i dont here that suction noise that it use to have when it was working right. it seems like theres no vacuum in the system so the vent and floor doors for the a/c and heater system wont open.

a vacuum tester is a $20 parts item. Plug it into the "tree" on your 5.0 which is on the driver side under the hood (back of your intake and your brake booster plug into it as well). The S/C port should be free, remove the vacuum plug on the S/C port and plug your gauge in.
20+ inches of idle is what a stock cammed stock motored 5.0 should get.
