Many people have suggested that I get aftermarket ones. I'm planning to do new drag shocks and struts and the Eibach drag springs and was going to do the LCA's while I was in there anyways.

On the other hand, Many people have Many mods and still run slower than people with Many less mods
Remove the front sway bar, add gears and slicks, mix in a good dose of practice and 1.6X 60 fts on a prepped track should be the norm.

I would do this but the shocks and struts are so worn out that the rear drops and then bounces a lot when I launch (got it on video). What do you think I should do about that?

More often than not, I see people that modify the factory suspension, harm traction more than help it. If you have the money, go with a complete suspension kit like the wolfe racecraft stuff. If not, considering replacing the worn stock stuff with stock replacement parts and putting the rest of the money elsewhere. Drag shocks/struts/control arms will cost you damn near the price of some TFS aluminum heads

Boxed SVO upper's do wonders for controling the rear.
I haven't seen any improvement from the addition of aftermarket lowers...unless the stock bushings are toast.
Perhaps the wheel hop is due to worn quad-shocks.

my recommendation is:
stay far, far away from SSM lift bars (although they do give a great 60'), but get HPM mega bite jr's. I bought mine used for $120, not exactly BLING*Bling* but they get the job done. remove the quad shock while you're in their. Mad 2-3 lbs. of weight savings right where you don't want it
