I have a hook up,but he only does stangs that are Sapphire Blue. Sorry.

Wait a minute...My buddy Blair keys cars for a living,we could have him key your "tough" 6 cylinder,and then get it sprayed Sapphire Blue...?

I understand that the car will not pass smog. The question is why? Does it fail the sniffer or the or the inspection part

Both, Allthough the car does have cats it does not have the air pump hooked up, and it will not pass the sniffer period.
