i know a lot of the people who post on this site run offroad pipes and longtubes.. my question is, how many of you have gotten any hassle by your local police? have any of you gotten any fines? if so, how much?

Haven't had any problems with mine. I try to keep it quiet around the neighborhoods though Bit MAN, when you get on it....it sounds great

Dude both of my stangs have been loud with no cats and flows. Cops don't know enough these days to give you any problems. I have been pulled over about 50 times and got about 20 tickets, but never one for modified exaust

at a sobriety test a cop looked under my car and saw my off road x pipe and smiled at me. then he said "nice car, have a nice evening". then i had to change my pants

ive only been followed a bunch of times...but never pulled over. whenever i see a cop, i just put into 3rd or 4th gear to keep it quieter or just throw the clutch in. the only time i had it really loud and the cop heard it...he just stared. most cops i dont think really would do anything about a modified exhaust

I run an o/r and long tubies. No problems here. I'm sure if I drove around town at anything more than quarter throttle I could make some problems though

go to www.mustangexhaust.com and click on sound room they have clips of that setup down in the x-pipe section under modular 4.6.
