Anyone able to do a alignment on my driveshaft and put in a power steering pump? If so how much would you charge and could you get the parts or would I have to get them. Call me 510-306-6615 if there is anyone in here that can do it. Let me know I'm trying to sell my car and these are like the main problems why I can't sell it. Let me know asap please.

A driveshaft actually has to be balanced, not aligned. Look in the phone book and call around to find a place that will balance it for you. You need a special machine to do it.

Well you may want to check into costs of new vs. rebalancing your old on. I know the price difference was very close when I was looking at getting mine done. I ended up buying an aluminum pice for like $25 more. As for the power steering pump. That is a very simple job. Parts hould not be that expensive. If you don't know how to do it, ask around, or buy a chilton manual and it should tell you MOST of what you need.

Does the car have gears and it vibrates at speed or something? I am just curious for the cause of you wanting to get it fixed.....

the car has stock gears and it vibrates at around 45 mph. And I want to get it fixed so the shaking stops.

I'm just going to see if I can get it balanced first.
