Does it make any difference for an auto? like the ratios etc...performance. I'm thinking about doing this and know nothing.

From what I heard so far is, if you have an automatic you should go with 4.10’s. Correct me if I’m wrong people. [patriot]

I have 3:73's in my 98 SLUG! It woke it up alot, I surprise alot of newer GT's on the highway! I would of gone 4:10's but i do too much driving! If you dont do too much highway driving then get the 4:10's. You will notice a difference either way you go! [burnout]

Sounds like you will be on the highway quite a bit so if I were you I would go with some 3.73's.

Get the 3:73's. I cruise from Davis to Chico often, you can cruise at 80 and be at 2700 rpms. It will wake the 98 up!
