it is that piece that connects to tranny with like 23 teeths right(cost like 10 buck)? I called 5.0resto and they said i needed a speed calibrator that cost like 89 bucks.

No, all you need is the lil plastic gear thats right in the tail shaft of your tranny. its like a 15$ part.

ok....anyone know a place in the bay area i can get this gear at? I set an appointment at rear end speicilties wed, so i need to locate a place to purchase this gear.....thanks in advance

your better off with a speedcal.. you can calibrate it for your gears plus tire size so it would be more accurate.

Not really in the Bay Area, but i just bought mine from Sacramento-Mustang.com. It costed me 24 bucks, and took me 20 minutes to install! And yes get the 23 tooth Gear!
