What is the Max on the amount of miles i can have on my motor in order for it to be able/safe to install a s/c? I always hear people telling me that i can't install one if i have over 80k on it. Any comments on that? Also...what is the best brand? Vortech or Powerdyne? Thanks....

No such thing as a max amount of miles.......as long as the engine is in good condition, then go for it. FWIW, there is a guy on the corral that installed a procharger on his 97GT with 107,000 miles on it. It currently has over 180K on the clock, and not one problem.

well like stated before depends how good you motor is
but I would say dont get a SC with that motor they make shitty power
i would say get a 99+ motor and then get a blower
as far as brand well I love NOVI but of course its know owned by vortech
my self love the novi2000 has all the boost I will ever need
