What kind of help do you need?? Info, or you need someone to actually help INSTALL them. As for info, lift the car up, and support the frame. Drop the K member, and reove/install you long tubes. This is the slightly "shortened version"

it says u can install with out the removal of the k-member and takes about 6-8 hours but that is with the bulky stock crossmember.....ill soon have the tubualar k-member in and then ill need to install...i dont have all the equipment to support the car and do it correctly so im gonna need some help....price is the issue so im lookin to do it with someone who knows what they are doing...so nothing wrong happens..... and learn how to do it in the future. i jus wanna do it on the side...screw taking to a shop...u know.

D oesnt really take any special tools to drop the K, i think we used a about 3 jack stands, a floor jack, and a couple extra hands. support the frame of the car with the jack stands( not under the K) then put your floor jack under the K, take out the bolts a drop it down. Make sure you take off the calipers and undo the strut bolts. its fairly simple, just a little time consuming. Gabe (youl luz) got his BBK long tubes in without dropping the K the first time, but i think its simpler (and easier on your hands) if the K comes out. Just my .02
