Is the smell coming from the exhaust or the supercharger itself? Odds are the supercharger is making your exhaust hotter than when you didn't have the supercharger. Your pipes and mufflers are getting heated more than they ever have before and there is a sort of break in period where they get used to the new temperature. Drive the car around for a while and give them a chance to heat cycle a few times and see if you notice a difference.

uhhhhhh, last i heard, compressed air gets heated up. Superchargers compress air. The compressed air that goes into the engine has to leave the engine, and it leaves it via the exhaust. Therefore, the exhaust is hotter.
I saw this exact thing happen to my friends supercharged car...uhhhh last time i checked.

Mark is correct.....It very possible because of the added exausht running through the pipes. Give it a few days...but don't unhook your h-pipe...please.....

The gas we put in has a high sulfer content and since the supercharger is on there its made the smell more noticeable
