Use Goo Gone, you can find it at any walmart or auto store. If you cant find it, any citrous based liquid would work just fine.

go to an autobody supply house and get an "erasure wheel". They are made by 3m, and mount into a die grinder. They will take the stuff right off. Use them everyday at work!

Try to stay away from the chemical removers, use the "Eraser Wheel."
