My car is suffering from poor gas milage, it is underpowered, and just plain running bad. What does anyone have to say about Prolong? Good or a waste of money? Anyone recommend something else?

i agree....... use your money to get ya tune-up, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, and synthetic oil.
