Air Filter: K&N
Oil Filter: K&N or Motorcraft
Oil: Royal Purple, Amsoil, Most of the high-performance synthetic oils out there shud do fine..

Thats just my opinion. [patriot] .. not sure about the other stuff though.

here is what I would recommend

if you dont already have a K&N air filter change that if you have one just buy a cleaning kit for
oil filter I say motorcraft would be fine
Oil well most people run synthetic like royal purple, amsoil , or redline oil my self I just reg. oil on my car but I change my oil every 2000 miles. I would also change the PCV valve if you have like over 20k

You dont need to change plugs, fuel filter unless you have like 60+k on it and well as far as wires go the 99+ mustang dont have wires they have a coil pack on top of the sprak plug wich does not need replacing

Hey JR I just put some Redline 5w/20 in my ride and OMG what a difference. It seems so much smoother.

Thanks everyone. I've always used synthetic oil, but I've heard a lot of good stuff about redline oil. I wanna change all at once! My "sevice engine soon" light just came on last week. How can I get it off?? Why is it on? ohhhh. FYI I have 35,000 miles on my Car.

yes. and they still are bad. I have to get them replaced but I'm a little short on cash and can't do it at this time.
