having a couple of wierd problems...
1. my bottle will not turn off. you have to tighten the knob hella tight and it'll still leak a little. i put a cap on it
2. this happens off and on. the nitrous solenoid seems to get stuck open and it doesnt want to close. pretty dangerous huh? i cant believe i ran it, but i was on a 50 shot with 600psi.
thanks for any help [worship]

rebuild the selonoids for sure if you don't want to buy new ones.
I think the rebuild kit is $18 instead of the $55-$60 for new.
Maybe get a remote valve opener or a new valve.
If it leaks into the line...it will dissipate and you'll waste a lot of juice

No need to rebuild the solenoids. Sounds like you have crap in your bottle. Dirt is in your bottle, and it is getting stuck on the valve, and sounds like some is gettting through and getting stuck in your solenoid. You need to put a filter inline with your solenoids to catch that stuff before it gets to the solenoid. If the solenoid stays open with a big enough piece, your going to have a big manifold explosion. The bottle staying open is a warning...Take the bottle apart and clean, and definately pull the solenoid apart, and clean plunger area. Then install an inline filter, and make sure once your bottle is clean, that it is filtered when its filled. Dirt is the number 1 killer of engines with nitrous. It only takes once.
