I have a 98 Cobra. Trying to fix my A/C and it is not low on refrigerant. Can some one tell me where the high low pressure switches are located?

I just replaced my low pressure switch. If you are looking at the motor straight on. THe switch is top left corner of the engine compartment. It has a wire harness with 4 holes in it coming off of the switch. Its kinda hard to explain where something is in writing. But look up there by your low pressure valve its to the right and closer to the firewall. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. Did you have to drain the system? What were your symptoms? My clutch on the compressor won`t click on. Is it the plug that goes into that black little tank canister looking thing? Thanks again for the help! Much Appreciated.

Tp replace any pressure sensors in the AC system, youll have to evacuate the system, replace the sensor, then recharge it. Your "supposed" to replace the reciever/drier every time you open up the system, but as long as you dont leave the system open to the atmosphere very long, i wouldnt worry about it. Pull the old sensor off, and put the new sensor right on... dont let it sit open...
