I am wondering if any of you have ever replaced the EEC valve. Also, what are the symptoms?

My car will start up fine. On some days it starts up and the idle is very rough. And I feel the lose of power. Last night, it let out some raw smell. My car is stock.

Please advice. Any will be fine on what to do.
