I have no experience with the B&M trans pack, but I installed the transgo shift kit at home. I was extremely satisfied with the improvement, and it came with very detailed instructions, I give it a huge thumbs up...remember to get a tranny cooler, and use type F tranny fluid, especially if you run a converter. FYI....I was also running a B&M 2400 holeshot converter
