Hate to say it...you're not gonna even come close to passin' just the sniff test with that set-up. Better find a friend in Nevada to register it there for you....

good luck with passing smog last time I heard they were going from 250-500

I found this site by accident one day and i am from Alabama. You guys are a lotta help, but it must suck having to pass those things there. We can have them as unstreetable as we want and no one gives us sh#t about it.
