Can 285/35/18's fit on a 18x8.5 inch rim with no problem and without it looking weird? Thanks.

They will fit and maybe look okay, But your car will not handle like it should. You should have a 10 inch rim for those tires. Call a tire shop they will tell you your pushing it. I have seen 295`s mounted on 7 inch wide rims. Car handled like crap though.

The tire will definately "bubble" so if you're going for looks i would advise against it

I have A 285 a 10 and fits flush. In my opinion it looks sweet. I should have gone 295. I think putting a 285 on a 8.5 is pushing it

Roush Rims are 9" and come stock with a 295/35/18 BFG Comp T/A. They look good. I have the same rim w/285/35/18 Toyo Proxes T1-S and it's flush. IT WILL FIT AND LOOK GREAT!!!
