This is just pissing me off. Randomly my car will not rev past 5800 rpms. My car has 24,200 mi. on it. This can't possibly be a fuel problem, could it??? I mean should I replace the fuel filter. Remember, it's random. Usually top end of second. It's not quite quitting it's just sputtering. Now I have plans on a full tune up because I only got this car a couple of weeks ago and money is tight right now. Please give you best suggestion so I now where to start on this tune up a so I can snuff the problem out quicker next time. I have a friend who's friends cobra did the same and it ended up to be a ignition problem, or so he says, and he is looking in to this but is very unreliable. So please, HELP! [Worship]

I used to run autolite platinum plugs on my 5.0 because of the heat range and durability. But now that I have a 98 Cobra I need suggestions on the best plug to use. These heads are aluminum right? Even the plug jacket right? Antiseize?

Easiest fix is to port the heads and manifold and run a gigantic solid roller cam... Also convert to DFI... Problem solved

Just playin... might be some old plugs. I hear the NGK's are sweet.... Just don't run platinum if you ever plan on juice...

Has anybody tried the LiveWire setup from Performance Distributors??? This coil pack and plug wire setup goes for $260 bucks before the wire looms. They say up to .3 faster in 1/4mi. They also say gapping can be exceeded to .065. Is this an overpriced gimmick or a great replacement for factory parts???
